The carrier shall establish procedures for the identification and correct application of all unidentified payments. If the carrier does not have sufficient information to correctly apply such a payment, it shall inform the payer of the unidentified payment within 60 days of receipt of the payment and request information enabling it to identify the payment. If the carrier does not receive the requested information within 90 days of the date of notification, it may treat the unidentified payment as an actual payment of the transport costs due to it. After the expiry of the 90-day period, the due complaint procedure according to this point applies. Consignments carried in accordance with the provisions of this Tariff and which have been refused or rejected at the place of destination due to circumstances beyond the control of the carrier shall be returned to the place of origin on the instructions of the consignor or beneficial owner of the cargo, provided that: a consignment is a quantity of cargo received by a consignor: at a place of origin or from places within the same factory, at a specific time for a consignee to and covered by a written bill of lading or shipping order, for carriage in a vehicle, unless otherwise specified. If a special permit or deposit is required under the by-laws of a city, state, province or local authority and the carrier receives the permit or deposit before or during the transportation of the load, the cost of the load, including telephone or transmission charges, plus a service charge, will be charged to the party responsible for the transport costs. if, after the arrival of the carrier`s equipment at the place of loading, it is determined that the weight and/or dimensions and/or destination initially intended or other information relevant for the acquisition of permits do not correspond to the information provided before the movement (through no fault of the carrier) and that the permits need to be ordered and/or revised, The carrier will charge the amount and/or additional amount of each permit, plus a service fee for each revised permit and/or any additional permit purchased. This fee is in addition to all other applicable rate fees. If a shipper, consignee or authorized agent requests the carrier to immediately unload the equipment at a pickup location, regardless of location, all dead miles traveled from the point of shipment to the place of origin will be charged at the rate indicated on the Swiss chard below, in addition to the scheduled freight rate and other applicable charges.
